Management Team

Joe brings 30 years of expertise in Commercial and Department of Defense (DoD)/Intelligence Community (IC) satellite operations and ground system engineering.

Previously, he served as CEO and Chief Engineer at Global Ground Systems, where he focused on ground system design, systems analysis, and business development for various commercial and DoD/IC clients.

Prior to that, Joe held the position of Director of Ground Systems Engineering at Orbital Sciences, overseeing program management, design, installation, export compliance, and long-term support for various missions.

Joe was also a key contributor during the initial launch of the Iridium Satellite Constellation.

Airman Campagna served in the USAF Global Operations from 1989 until his Honorable Discharge in 1995, and continued to support as a Life Member of the Combat Control Association.

Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Maryland in Aerospace Engineering Management and a Leadership Certificate from University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
